Rubí wants to have a presence throughout the European Union in all fields, with the aim of obtaining resources to improve the town.
Rubí is one of the regions on the continent in which scores of the European Union’s objectives have been implemented and fulfilled, over and above all targets. With over 100 nationalities, our local society is a mosaic full of cultural wealth. This social diversity, the current infrastructure network and the widespread economic activity developed in the municipality are just a few of the keys to our integration in Europe.
However, Rubí wants to have a greater presence in all areas of the European Union to strengthen and establish the town as more advanced, fairer and more sustainable. This deep-seated wish is what drove the Town Council to foster stronger relations, as a strategic objective, with the different community organisations to obtain resources for the constant improvement of our neighbourhoods and citizen groups. Rubí wants to be involved in all European initiatives that round out or optimise its own strategic projects.
